The EKS – 50 machine is intended for high fat soya groats production by extruding procedure. The extruding procedure remarkably improves soya nutriotional values in comparison to other ways of processing.

The EKS – 50 machine does the grinding as well as termic processing under high pressure which results from the movement of the *snail* in the cylinder.

The pressure regulation, i.e. soya output temperature is achived by either tightening or loseing the value in the cylinder. The termic processing is conducted at the temperature of 95-130 c. The qualitiy od the process can be followed on a digital temperature display.

By the extruding it is possible to destroy the ureaza which affect animals health in the negative way as well as to improved digestion and food biological values.
